Welcome to your Internet home for following the Jayhawks in March.

Pink Socks. That's all I can think about this morning. Pink Socks being the stocking color of choice for Nebraska center Aleks Maric. Maric was rocking the pink sock look during Kansas' 64-54 victory against the Cornhuskers on Friday Night. It left me and my Kansan colleague, Mark Dent, wondering: Okay. Did Maric wash his white adidas socks with his red jersey? And did he realize his socks were pink?
What's this have to do with anything? Nothing.
But Maric' foot sweaters have been one of the more interesting stories of the first two days of the Big 12 tournament.
So far this tournament has been a massive success outside the Sprint Center. The streets are full of Big 12 basketball fans, the new bars in the Power and Light district have been packed with young, hip 20-somethings, and downtown Kansas City is no longer a broken down wasteland.
But inside the Sprint Center, the basketball has underwhelmed...
Baylor started things off by puking on its shoes on Thursday against Colorado...
Missouri squelched a potential Kansas - Missouri match-up on Friday by losing to Nebraska on Thursday...
And Kansas State did the same thing last night, when no Wildcats showed up except Michael Beasley.
What does that mean if you're a Kansas fan?
Well it means you got an ugly Quarter-final match-up against Nebraska, and now fans get a rematch of Kansas' game last Saturday against Texas A&M, instead of Kansas-K-State III. Well, what can you do?
It's Jayhawks - Aggies at 3:20 at the Sprint Center...
March Musings will be there with live updates...
So check us out. We'll be keeping tabs on the Jayhawks all March, blogging to you live from Kansas City and all of Kansas' NCAA tournament sites.
See you at the Sprint Center this afternoon.
