The Kansas tennis team finished the season with some good news yesterday.
Three team members were placed on the Academic all-Big 12 tennis team. Junior Luiza Loureiro and sophomore Ashley Filberth were first-team selections and junior Christine Skoda was a second-team selection.
Forty individuals were named to the academic team from all of the Big 12 schools.
Kansas fell to Texas A&M; 7-0 over the weekend. No.11-seed Kansas will next face No. 6-seed Colorado at the Big 12 Conference Championships this afternoon.
