JAYHAWKS DOWN NO. 3 TEXAS


The Kansas Jayhawk baseball team knocked off the No. 3 Texas Longhorns 5-2 this evening at Hoglund Ballpark.

The Jayhawks accumulated eight hits and allowed Texas only five. Sean Land got the victory for the Jayhawks and Don Czyz picked up the save.

The series continues tomorrow and Sunday, with tomorrow's game being aired by ESPNU.
