Kansas loses to Baylor in extra innings

With the bases loaded and just one out, pitcher Don Czyz gave up a single down the left field line, allowing Baylor to score the game-winning run in the 11th inning. Kansas lost to Baylor 2-1.

Baylor's first RBI came off of a homerun by Seth Fortenberry in the second inning.

Kansas pitcher Kodiak Quick pitched into the 11th inning, before giving way to Czyz with two on and one out.

Kansas' one RBI came on a RBI single to centerfield by Gus Milner. Milner drove in A.J. Van Slyke who singled, but reached second on an error by Baylor pitcher Mark McCormack. McCormack was hit in the hand by a line drive and had to leave the game.
