Food Review

This is really bad advice to tell someone to get loaded up on sugar and trans fat just to have them crash by noon.

Go buy and eat granola mixed with fruit for something that won't burn you by midday. Also, you'll be thankful you won't be as fat as the people who did go to the donut shop.
