Darrell Arthur, Brandon Rush and Bill Self held a press conference at 3:30 this afternoon to announce Rush and Arthur will forfeit their eligibility and enter the 2008 NBA Draft.
Rush, a junior guard, has led the team in scoring the past three seasons. He's expected to go in the mid to late first round.
Arthur, a sophomore forward, finished second on the team in scoring at 12.8 points per game. Although he was often inconsistent in his two years, most projections have Arthur going in the late lottery or the middle of the first round.

Rush, Arthur headed to the NBA
"Although he was often inconsistent in his two years, Arthur most projections have Arthur going in the late lottery or the middle of the first round." Not to be nit-picky, but there are two glaring problems with this sentence. First of all, saying that Arthur was often inconsistent is an editiorial comment. I may believe it to be true, but it shouldn't be in a news story. Also, there's an extra "Arthur" following the first comma.
