* Police arrested a Lawrence man thought to be in connection with the burglary and theft of Fast Lane, 1414 W. Sixth St. Police responded to the theft at 4:34 a.m. and found the glass door broken. Suspect allegedly took several lottery tickets and food items.
* An employee of Westminster Inn, 2525 W. Sixth St., was punched in the face after an altercation with one of the guests. He allegedly asked the guests to quite down after complaints. The guests then punched him in the face. When the police arrived the suspects fled on foot. One suspect was later identified as a 15-year-old male who was detained by police. Police are still looking for the two other men.
* 22-year-old female reported criminal damage at 3016 Atchinson Way. Damage estimated at $300.
* Prairie Pond Studio reported theft on 809 Massachusetts St. Stolen goods valued at $141.95.
