The body of Frank Sandelius was removed from a basement apartment of a house at 1208 Mississippi Street at approximately 2:14 p.m. Sandelius was the landlord of the property, according to Chris Dickinson, Wichita senior, who was a tenant in the house. Matt Toffrey, from the Douglas County Coroner’s Office, removed the body.
Dickinson said that Sandelius was about 80 years old, and that he was occasionally not lucid. Dickinson said he last saw the man about seven days ago.
