Polls were open today in Lawrence for the election of three city commission spots in addition to three school board positions. As of around 2:00 pm only three voters had cast their ballot at the Burge Union site. With two hours left before the poll site closed, a total of four voters turned out. Polls closed at 7:00 p.m.
