As the weather continues to get warmer, more people are kicking off their spring work out plan. However, they may not be doing it right.

Watkins Memorial Health center hosted a Runner's clinic today helping participants kick off their spring workout plans.
In order to help prevent potential injuries and risks, Watkins Memorial Health center hosted a free runner's clinic today. Participants received a strength and flexibility evaluation and a video analysis of their running or walking form. In addition, therapists did a full body physical evaluation.
