In a decision made by Chancellor Robert Hemenway early this morning, vice presidential candidate May Davis was left on the Student Senate election ballot despite being suspended by the election committee board. If Davis wins the seat, she will have to win an appeal of the decision.

Last night, the election committee board unanimously voted for the suspension of United Students' vice presidential candidate May Davis. Davis was accused of intimidating and harassing members of the board who were also in her sorority about a previously made decision to fine United Students for election violations.

Early this morning, Chancellor Robert Hemenway decided to keep Davis on the ballot. If she wins the seat, Davis will have to appeal the decision and win in order to retain her seat. If she loses the appeal, United Students must appoint another student to fill the seat.

"If she looses the appeal, United Students must appoint another student to fill the seat."

Erm, should be "loses," not "looses."

God Adam is such a tool. He turned stark white after the decision and nearly fainted because he never thought he'd see US actually get caught and penalized for their wrongdoings.
