A student was arrested Tuesday afternoon by KU Public Safety officers in connection with a reported rape. Captain Schuyler Bailey said the investigation was still ongoing. The crime was reported to have occurred between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. in Oliver Hall early Sunday morning.
Charles Branson, Douglas County District Attorney, said no charges had officially been filed and said he was awaiting further investigation regarding the case.
