After leaving Saturday's game against Texas on Saturday with an apparent concussion, Blake Griffin will not be available against Kansas tonight according to reports by The Oklahoman.
Griffin played 11 minutes against the Longhorns, scoring two points and pulling down three rebounds, but he was forced to leave following an open-handed blow to his face by Dexter Pittman. Tonight's game will decide which team takes sole control of first place in the Big 12 as both Kansas and Oklahoma enter the game with 11-1 conference records. The game will be televised on ESPN (Channel 33) at 8 p.m.
