While home values across the country were down an average of 25 percent last year, Lawrence home values fell only 3 percent. This was in spite of a 20-percent decline in home sales.
KUJH's Andrew Hoxey speaks with real estate agent Charles Gruber about what sets the Lawrence housing market apart from other areas of the country. Specifically, Lawrence's relatively stable market in good economic times helps it to keep the same general market conditions during economic troubles.
