Seniors have the opportunity to give feedback about their experience at the University through the KU Senior Survey.
Todd Cohen, director of University Relations, said the survey aimed to assess the level of student satisfaction on a broad range of University experiences.
The survey is being administered to graduating seniors this year for only the eighth time since 1977. The survey is administered every four or five years, Cohen said, to target a completely new group of students each time.
“It helps the University make decisions about the quality of education students get at KU,” Cohen said. “Student feedback is very important, and before students go into the real world we want to get their feedback while the experience is still fresh.”
Cohen said feedback from the survey did result in significant changes at the University. Results from previous surveys have led to new advising positions and better computer access.
Participating seniors may take the survey before they graduate at http://surveys.ku.edu/Seniors.
