Two more employees of Kansas’ ticket office have resigned, Kansas Athletics announced Friday.

Brandon Simmons, assistant athletics director for sales and marketing, and Jason Jeffries, assistant director of ticket operations, both resigned amidst an investigation into potentially illegal sales of men’s basketball tickets.

Two employees of Kansas Athletics with ties to ticket sales had previously resigned in the past month.

Rodney Jones, an assistant athletics director for the Williams Fund, resigned two weeks ago after being placed on administrative leave.

Ben Kirtland, associate athletics director of fundraising and Jones’ supervisor, resigned April 5.

Simmons, who joined Kansas’ staff in 2005, previously served as an assistant director in Kansas Athletics’ ticket office. He had worked in the ticket office until assuming his current position in December.

Jason Jeffries, who had served in his position since 2004, had been part of the ticket-office staff since 2003.
