Update: The University of Kansas Public Safety Office successfully identified and arrested the subject who stole a laptop from the University bookstore Monday, Feb. 3.
KU PSO tweeted Wednesday, Feb. 5 that they identified the subject 15 minutes after an original tweet asking for help finding them was posted.
The laptop was returned to the bookstore.
The University of Kansas Public Safety Office is looking for a man who stole a laptop from the KU Bookstore Monday, Feb. 3.
KU PSO was notified of the theft on Monday, Deputy Chief James Anguiano told the Kansan in an email. KU PSO tweeted an image captured by Bookstore security cameras Tuesday, Feb. 4.
KU PSO is still investigating the case.
