It is well-know among students that fees go hand-in-hand with tuition at the University of Kansas. Many view these fees as controversial and sometimes unnecessary. Eric Foss, law school representative in the Student Senate, is one such person; he recently attempted to eradicate a $40-per-semester fee. In the first of a multi-part series about student fees at KU, KJHK reporter Tom Atchity sat down with Foss to learn more about the disputable fee.
