Alex Parker

Correspondent Alex Parker is a graduate student of journalism. Originally from Kansas City, Mo., he received his undergraduate degree from Miami University – the one in Ohio, not Florida. He is a staff writer for the Lawrence Journal-World and is a member of MTV News’ Street Team ’08, a corps of citizen journalists covering the 2008 election; he reports on stories from Kansas.
