Christy is a Lawrence senior majoring in journalism. This is her first semester writing for the Kansan, and her first semester back at the University of Kansas after taking a year off. Christy is a coffee junkie and loves visiting the local coffee shops downtown. She spends most of her time with her baby girl Miriam.
