Dani hails from Overland Park. She first began her writing and editing career at her high school literary magazine. At KU, she has been a reporter and copy editor for The University Daily Kansan, a staff writer for Jayplay, the associate editor of Jayplay and is currently Jayplay editor. Dani also writes a blog by the name of "Oi to the World" for Kansan.com. One day, Dani hopes to leave her journalistic footprint at a magazine in New York as an editor.
