Hallie is a sophomore from Austin, Texas and is majoring in journalism and English. This is her second semester on The Kansan. Last semester she wrote for special sections and this semester she is covering swimming and diving for the sports section. Hallie also works at KUJH broadcasting for Jayhawk Sports Talk on Sunday nights. This is her third semester to work for the show and her first semester directing. Hallie enjoys writing but has not decided what career path she will take after graduating from KU.
