Donovan McNabb finally returned to Pro Bowl form Sunday, throwing for 381 yards and four touchdowns in Philadelphia’s 56-21 victory over Detroit. His favorite target, wide receiver Kevin Curtis, hauled in 11 of those passes for 221 yards and three touchdowns. Arizona quarterback Matt Leinart, however, not only threatened his spot as the starter but was again a fantasy disappointment, completing only nine of 20 passes for just 53 yards and no touchdowns.

Kelly grew up in Salina, but his family moved to Sedgwick a few years ago. He got interested in journalism his senior year of high school when he interned for a media group in Salina, and he also worked on a public access sports talk show. This is his second semester writing for The University Daily Kansan and he has also anchored Jayhawk Sports Talk on KUJH-TV News for two semesters. He enjoys all sports, especially baseball, but says he was never a great athlete in high school, so writing about sports is good enough for him. He is also working on an English minor because he'd like to eventually write a book.
