This is Kendra's first semester working on the Kansan. Over the summer she interned at Comcast SportsNet in Washington D.C. She has also done a lot of work with KUJH-TV. Last semester she was a reporter for the station and is an anchor this semester. She is interested in being a television reporter with an emphasis in multimedia production. More specifically, she would love to be a reporter in the sports industry. Her dream job is to someday be a sideline reporter for ESPN. As a senior, she is double majoring in both journalism tracks, the News and Information and Strategic Communication tracks. She is also working toward a minor in Communication Studies as well as a concentration in English. She grew up in Paola, and had very little journalism experience before coming to KU.
