Lauren Hendrick is a senior from Salina working on a double major in journalism and English. This is her fourth semester working for The Kansan. She was a multimedia Web producer last semester and has also worked as the health beat reporter and as a correspondent. Lauren would love to write for a culinary publication in the future and plans on attending culinary school in New York City to better equip herself for the industry.
