Mariam Saifan is an Architectural Engineering student from Overland Park, Kansas. She has been working as an editorial cartoonist for the Kansan for two years and hopes to continue on till graduation. Mariam is also a professional photographer who just started up her own business. This engineering student has an artistic touch and hopes to inspire the KU students with her cartoons.
