Tara is a freshman from Lawrence majoring in Journalism. She is a photo intern and this is her first semester on staff. She has won several local awards for her photojournalism skills as well as an honorable mention in the photo story category of the NSPA/JEA's Write-Off competition at the Fall National High School Journalism Convention in 2010. After college, Tara hopes to pursue a career in photojournalism.
