Taylor is a junior sports reporter from Shawnee, and just transferred to KU after two years at Johnson County Community College. He wrote on his high school yearbook staff and was a guest writer for The Campus Ledger at Johnson County Community College. He hopes to major in journalism and to later move into a career in sports journalism.

Saturday was full of emotion for the Kansas swimming and diving team as the team honored seniors on senior day, and celebrated a first place victory in every event of the meet.
