Last Call shooter gets 15-year prison sentence.
Tuesday, April 15th, 2008
The man who shot two bouncers and a 15-year-old boy outside Last Call, 7th and New Hampshire streets, on Feb. 10 was sentenced to 15 years in prison Friday.
Carlos Jerome Jackson, who plead guilty to three counts of aggravated battery, wanted a plea agreement that would give him ten years in prison.
Judge Paula Martin requested that Jackson serve an extra five years because of Jackson’s criminal history and the severity of the incident.
Jackson will also be required to pay restitution to the victims, but the amount was not set.
