After watching several of the teams the Kansas Volleyball team lost to advance to the Sweet 16, the women expect to make improvements and close the gap for next season. Offseason workouts have already begun and the coaching staff is looking forward to making the necessary adjustments.

The Kansas volleyball beat Texas Tech in three straight games Wednesday in Lubbock, Texas. The Jayhawks finished tied for eighth in the Big 12 Conference with a 6-14 record, but next season, they return all but two of their players.

The Kansas volleyball team lost this season’s final home game on Saturday, but the weekend wasn’t a complete disappointment. On Friday, two highly touted players signed their national letters of intent to play volleyball at Kansas in 2008.
