on the last HRC application only 4,000 sq. ft. was designated retail out of an approximate total of 100,000 for the project. how is that more neighborhood commercial ? that is not much more than the existing buildings provide if at all - and apparently that 4,000 is for a restaurant ?

shouldn't the KU Endowment Association be concerned about how alum will feel about significantly changing the campus on Oread Avenue, historically a neighborhood of homes ?

CONGREGANT HOUSING?

It's not single family anymore!
the problem with this type of violation is that no one asked that it really be REZONED for FRAT/SOROITY!

about rentals in Lawrence and conflicts with ZONING.
