College-aged kids will find a way to drink if they are inclined to do so. Cracking down on under-agers at the bars will simply lead to them drinking at their houses/apartments/dorms where they are even less supervised by other people. Also, the fine for fake ID usage is $2,500 and a felony while your first DUI is merely $500-$1000 and not until the third DUI is it a felony. Which is more important to the general safety of our society, drunk drivers or the usage of fake ID's. "Minors" in the age range of 18-21 should be educated on alcohol use and abuse, but should also be allowed to drink beer.
